SISSCO has a complete In-House Controls Division that can provide turnkey systems. Specializing in large scale re-control, modernizations, and new installations.

MCC Panel for Car Hoist System

Systems designed and constructed by this division have included completely automated manufacturing cells utilizing multiple PCs, PLC's, VFD's, and up to 16 axes of coordinated closed loop AC vector controlled Servo motors.

The engineers in this division have several United States Patents, multiple EEC patents and one Japanese patent all related to computer control of multi-axis systems.

Large scale projects by this division have included complete control replacement and upgrades on overhead cranes up to 120 tons and 135 ft span moveable maintenance platforms.

New installations have included train and vehicle lift systems where SISSCO has supplied the complete programmed MCC for 12 motions up to 40hp. As well as supervised union electricians during site installation and provided 2 weeks assistance with the lift manufacturer during final testing, acceptance and commissioning.
